Biography

Kridhima Siriwattanakamol, mezzo-soprano, was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand. At age 17, she began studying at Andrews University under the direction of Charles Reid. She has participated in masterclasses with Nikki Renรฉe Daniels, Ronny Lauwers, Lydia Teuscher, Cassandra Black, and Damian Whiteley. Kridhima is a frequent featured soloist with the Siam Sinfonietta under the baton of Thai National Artist Somtow Sucharitkul and Trisdee na Patalung, and the newly founded Bangkok Youth Opera, where she will star in Purcell's baroque opera Dido & Aeneas in the title role of Dido in August 2024. Outside the realm of performance, she is enthusiastic about arts administration and enjoys working behind-the-scenes and collaborating with musicians, performers, and creatives. Her experience includes organizing and producing an international tour, several concerts and recitals, masterclasses, and operas. As of 2024, Kridhima holds the position of general manager at Bangkok Youth Opera.
